CLOTHING RETURNS
RETURNS MUST BE SENT BACK WITHIN 90 DAYS FROM RECEIVING THE GOODS. RETURNS MUST BE IN THE CONDITION YOU RECEIVED IT: CLEAN, UNWORN & TAGS STILL ATTACHED. We will not accept any goods received without these conditions.
How to return or exchange your garment…
1) Before returning an item PLEASE email us at: shop@fixfashion.co.nz explaining what you are returning and why.
2) Please send your return back to us within 90 days of receiving it.
3) We recommend you send your package via Track n Trace methods only. If you choose not to, FIX FASHION will accept no responsibility should we not receive the package.
4) Returns are to be addressed to the following address

Returns: If an item is not what you were expecting (i.e. size, fit, colour isn’t quite right), we will provide a store credit. Please be aware we no longer offer refunds or free exchanges.
No returns at all (except if the item is faulty) on storewide sale and clearance items, mystery bags or bundles due to these items being heavily discounted.
ACCESSORY RETURNS
Strictly NO returns on ALL accessories, Includes; Hats, Sunglasses, Scarves, Jewellery, Bags and Underwear due to hygiene reasons.
WARRANTY
If a product is faulty because of manufacturing faults, we will try our hardest to replace it and if we can't we will work with you to remedy the situation. We will not replace items that have been damaged because of wear and tear. When returning footwear, please return with original box packaged. All products MUST be returned with original tags attached. Please send back items with a track n trace number so it won’t get lost in the mail.
Sale items… We are happy to issue a Store Credit for Sale items but sorry no refunds or exchanges! Please email us if you have questions before you buy.
PAYMENT, PRICING & PROMOTIONS
We accept payment via credit card (MasterCard, VISA) All credit card payments are processed through our e-commerce system SHOPIFY. We also accept LAYBUY, AFTERPAY and bank transfers. Please make sure all personal information, address, email, credit card and banking details are filled out correctly so we can send your things as quickly as possible!

The price of goods and services, delivery and other charges displayed on the FIX FASHION website are current at the time of display. These prices are subject to variation without notice. We will always try to be as accurate as possible with our product descriptions and pricing. However, we are unable to warrant that product descriptions or other content of the web site is accurate, complete, reliable, current or error free.
PRIVACY STATEMENT
We will use your information in the strictest confidence. We will keep your information private and we do not record any credit card information. If you have signed up to our mailing list and no longer wish to receive emails, simply email us with ‘unsubscribe’ in the subject area, and we will remove you from the list.
